At Mentar Ventures, we strive to provide high-quality creative, branding, and digital marketing services tailored to our clients’ needs. This policy outlines our terms for refunds and cancellations to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
1. Cancellation Policy
For One-Time Projects
- Clients may request a cancellation before the project starts, and a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing costs.
- If work has already begun, the cancellation request will be reviewed based on the progress made. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
For Retainer/Monthly Services
- Clients on a monthly retainer contract must provide a minimum 30-day written notice for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests made after the renewal date will only take effect in the following billing cycle.
- Any pending payments for services already delivered must be cleared before termination.
For Event-Based or Time-Sensitive Campaigns
- If a cancellation is requested after the campaign planning, execution, or media booking stage, the client remains responsible for any incurred costs.
- No cancellations will be accepted for ad campaigns, media placements, or outsourced services once they are in execution.
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Cases
Mentar Ventures does not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project commencement.
- Completed and delivered services where approval was provided at any stage.
- Delays caused by the client, lack of response, or change in project scope after execution begins.
- Advertising budgets or third-party service costs such as Meta, Google Ads, media buys, or software tools, as these are paid directly to third parties.
Refund Eligibility
- If Mentar Ventures is unable to start the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be considered.
- If a service is terminated due to non-performance on our part, a partial refund may be issued after deducting the cost of completed work.
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method.
3. Modification of Services
- Clients may request minor modifications or scope adjustments, subject to feasibility and additional costs.
- Requests must be made in writing and are subject to review before acceptance.
